About the role

Chef Concierge

As Chef Concierge, you will be the face of our guest experience—an ambassador of excellence, a leader of our Concierge and Guest Services team, and the curator of memorable stays. You will anticipate guest needs, respond to a wide range of requests with poise and flair, and ensure each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism.
 

What you will do

Guest Experience Excellence
Crafting thoughtful and tailored recommendations that enhance each stay, ensuring all guests receive exceptional, personalized service.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead and inspire the Concierge and Guest Services team to uphold the highest standards of service. Set clear goals, manage daily operations, and foster a culture of accountability and passion.

Operational Supervision
Ensure seamless coordination between departments to meet guest expectations. Maintain awareness of hotel operations, events, arrivals/departures, VIPs, and guest preferences.

Strategic Planning
Develop goals and work plans that drive team performance and align with property-wide financial and guest satisfaction objectives.

Local Expertise & Partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with premier restaurants, cultural sites, and local businesses. Curate an up-to-date concierge database to deliver unparalleled recommendations.

Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee departmental schedules, participate in hiring and appraisals, manage capex and service accruals, and ensure timely requisitions and payments for part-time services.


What you bring

  • A certified member of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) with proven leadership experience in Concierge, preferably in a luxury brand

  • Leader with the ability to mentor and inspire others through service excellence and emotional intelligence. Commitment to employee training, learning, and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  •  Deep understanding of the guest journey and a commitment to crafting meaningful touchpoints at every stage

  • Strong local knowledge and a passion for uncovering and sharing exceptional guest experiences

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills in building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests, creating a memorable and high-quality experience.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage teams, handle complex schedules, and coordinate across departments.

  • Comfortable using hotel software and guest experience platforms

Schedule & Hours

This position requires one with flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays
