Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of Italian and Western dishes according to recipes and standards.

  • Support senior chefs with daily mise en place and kitchen operations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

  • Follow portion control, storage, and temperature guidelines to reduce wastage.

  • Uphold consistency in food presentation, taste, and texture.

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies properly.

  • Participate actively in daily cleaning and closing duties.

  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably Italian or Western cuisine.

  • Strong interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Good understanding of basic cooking techniques and hygiene standards.
