We are looking for a Chef (2nd BBQ), to join our team!

  • Follow traditional roasting and preparation techniques under supervision.

  • Support the 1st BBQ Cook in daily mise en place and service preparation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the BBQ area, ovens, and equipment.

  • Help with proper storage, marination, and handling of meats.

  • Ensure food is roasted and presented according to Shang Palace standards.

  • Assist in monitoring roasting times, temperatures, and product quality.

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or local requirements).

Requirements:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen or barbecue section preferred.

  2. Basic knowledge of Chinese BBQ techniques and ingredients.
