We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Banquet), to join our team!
Prepare and cook food for banquet events such as weddings, meetings, and parties. Following standard recipes and portion sizes.
Assist in setting up and serving food during events. Ensure food is ready on time and presented well.
Oversee your assigned kitchen section (such as hot, cold, or grill). Guide and support junior kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Store food properly and minimize waste.
Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and successful banquet operations.
