We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Pastry), to join our team!
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bread items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise and guide junior pastry staff (Commis, trainees) in daily preparation.
Set up and organize the pastry section, ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
Assist in developing new pastry items or seasonal dessert menus.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of pastry experience in a hotel or restaurant.
Good knowledge of baking techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts.
