We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Rose Veranda) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations for Rose Veranda, focusing on afternoon tea service, light meals, and plated desserts
- Ensure food is prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with local regulations
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of ingredients
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu planning and recipe development
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and service standards
- Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and optimizing kitchen efficiency
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or upscale café setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry and cold kitchen techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
