We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Rose Veranda), to join our team!
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet outlet standards.
Organize mise en place and maintain cleanliness of your station.
Support smooth kitchen operations during lunch and high tea service.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Supervise and guide junior chefs and kitchen trainees.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
Assist in developing new menu items or seasonal offerings, especially for high tea service
Requirement:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Demi Chef or CDP in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
Strong attention to detail and plating aesthetics.
