We are looking for a Chef De Partie (The Line), to join our team!
Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g. Western, Asian, Cold, Grill, or Live Station) for buffet and à la carte service.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to The Line’s standards.
Supervise and support Demi Chefs, Commis, and trainees in your section.
Ensure mise en place is complete and organized before each service.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
Assist in training junior staff and maintaining kitchen discipline.
Work closely with other sections to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirement:
Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong cooking skills in international cuisine (buffet or à la carte experience preferred).
