Customer Service Officer

To manage the day to day activities of the Eastern Craft Trading warehouse, process customer orders, liaise with third party logistics and provide basic beer hardware and service support to customer outlets. 

DAILY

• Daily processing of customer orders

• Oversight of and providing assistance to order packing and delivery

• Handling customer enquiries on delivery schedules and delays

• Using online inventory system, manage stocks levels and raise low stock forecasts for ordering from suppliers

• Manage warehouse to maintain a clean and tidy environment with sufficient stock for daily order fulfilment

• Visit customer outlets for draft beer line cleaning and basic beer system trouble shooting and support

BI-WEEKLY / WEEKLY

• Order stock from third party warehouse for collection / delivery

• Alert sales team and outlets as to overstocked products and give guidance on which products to push

• Assist Eastern Craft outlets in planning their draft line-ups for each week

• Assist planning for events 

• Provide customers with Point of Sales materials as required

MONTHLY

• Receive shipping arrival notices and update inventory planning

• Conduct end-of-month stock take
