We are looking for a Demi Chef (Origin), to join our team!

  • Prepare and cook food in your assigned section (e.g., grill, garnish, sauce, or cold).

  • Ensure food is cooked and presented according to Origin Grill’s standards.

  • Assist with mise en place for daily service and special events.

  • Support the Chef de Partie in supervising commis chefs and trainees.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation.

  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a grill or Western cuisine setting.

  • Culinary certificate or relevant training is preferred.
