The Ideal Candidate:
Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
Demonstrates discipline, consistency, and strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of a section under the supervision of the Chef de Partie
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Uphold high standards of hygiene, organisation, and mise-en-place
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
