We are looking for a Demi Chef (The Line), to join our team!
Prepare and cook food in your assigned section (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, live station) for buffet and à la carte service.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the standards of The Line.
Set up and maintain mise en place for smooth kitchen operations.
Assist the Chef de Partie in supervising and guiding junior staff.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in your workstation at all times.
Follow proper storage, labeling, and food handling procedures.
Work efficiently during busy meal periods and coordinate with other sections.
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel or buffet restaurant.
Basic culinary training or relevant work experience.
