We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef/Cook to join our Chinese Seafood kitchen team. The role requires strong teamwork, good communication skills, and experience in a similar environment.
Prepare and cook Chinese seafood dishes to quality standards
Prepare ingredients and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to SFA food hygiene regulations
Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients
Assist in menu planning, new dish creation, and seasonal items
Support supervisors with kitchen operations and admin tasks
Relevant experience in Chinese or seafood cuisine
Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of SFA food safety requirements (FHC preferred)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
