Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef/Cook to join our Chinese Seafood kitchen team. The role requires strong teamwork, good communication skills, and experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese seafood dishes to quality standards

• Prepare ingredients and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to SFA food hygiene regulations

• Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients

• Assist in menu planning, new dish creation, and seasonal items

• Support supervisors with kitchen operations and admin tasks

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Chinese or seafood cuisine

• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

• Knowledge of SFA food safety requirements (FHC preferred)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
