Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Ideate and execute best-in-class campaigns for Hotel, Wellness, MICE and Nightlife portfolios aimed at achieving business goals while upholding a high level of brand standards, in collaboration with stakeholders from the relevant business units.

  • Develop, execute and end-to-end manage holistic short- and long-term plans with clear deliverables and KPIs, across online and offline integrated campaigns including content marketing, paid media, paid social and partnerships.

  • Analyzes market and competitive trends alongside a strong understanding of the customer database and target markets to proactively apply them, initiate and ideate new campaigns and promotions to drive incremental venue.

  • Oversee campaign planning as well as resource allocation, and work with media agency to manage paid media budget, track and optimize campaign performance to ensure effective ROI.

Programming, Asset Development & Brand Storytelling

  • Manage the creative development of all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, websites, ticketing platforms, and on-property signages.

  • Oversee content creation—including photography, videography, and graphics—to support marketing initiatives. Participate in production shoots to ensure all creative assets—across photo, video, and digital formats—align with brand standards and effectively support campaign narratives and visual storytelling.

  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of Hotel, Wellness, MICE and Nightlife activations and seasonal promotional activities that elevate always on and event programming.

  • Actively support the Nightlife venues through marketing efforts, on ground attendance and engagement that fosters community and reinforced brand morale.

  • Support and execute cross-promotional initiatives such as partnerships with local and international businesses, collaborations aligned with cultural and social trends.

Administrative

  • Develop strong working processes and actively work to grow and develop the skills and abilities of self and colleagues.

  • Manage the direction and quality of tasks assigned and executed by junior team members.

  • Support the wider Property Marketing department in projects as assigned.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years in marketing roles, preferably in the Hospitality sector.

  • Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategies across traditional and innovative marketing techniques, with an ability to optimize campaigns for performance and brand elevation.

Other Prerequisites

  • Learned understanding of the media landscape within Asia Pacific in particular and familiarity with paid marketing channels.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate concepts, ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal/external teams.

  • Time-management proficiency, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and strategic focus in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Independent, result and solutions-oriented

  • A creative thinker and trendsetter, plugged into the latest social and cultural movements within Hospitality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred)

  • Able to operate within tight deadlines and under high pressure situations.

  • Excellent time- management skills and meticulous in attention to detail

  • You are motivated to grow and succeed as a team, as much as an individual
