We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef (Culinary), to join our team!
Assist in managing daily kitchen operations for Origin Grill, focusing on high-quality grilled meats, seafood, and modern European cuisine.
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service during lunch and dinner.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus, specials, and seasonal offerings.
Oversee mise en place, stock control, and cost management.
Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed (HACCP compliance).
Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs and new team members.
Manage kitchen schedules, staff performance, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role.
Strong background in Western cuisine, especially grill or steakhouse-style dishes.
