Service Crew members are the frontline staff of our Chinese restaurant, responsible for ensuring excellent customer services, maintaining cleanliness and efficiently handling food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival
- Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner
- Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation when required
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
- Replenish and stock supplies as needed
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field is preferred
- Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine
- Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for the F&B and service industry
