We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team!

 

As a Chef de Cuisine, we rely on you to:

 

  • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in the Kitchen
  • Be responsible for the food production and general supervision of the outlet
  • Maximize profitability for the outlet
  • Lead the culinary production team
  • Support the Executive Sous Chef on daily operations

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has at least 5 years of relevant working experience, with experience in supervising a team
  • Experience in managing culinary sections in hotel/resort environment
  • Is creative with an eye for detail
  • Enjoys planning, organizing and problem-solving
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
