We are looking for a Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine) to join our team!

 

As a Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine), we rely on you to:

 

  • Lead and supervise the culinary team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine that meets established food preparation, service, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage food production processes to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of dishes in the Italian restaurant.
  • Develop and innovate specialised Italian cuisine menus that caters to both domestic and international guests, enhancing guest satisfaction and dining experience.
  • Maximize outlet profitability by controlling food costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing kitchen operations.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to engage and respond to feedbacks, enhancing guest relations and service quality.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and implement strategic culinary initiatives

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Proven experience in specialised Italian cuisine within a restaurant environment.
  • International exposure in Italian cuisines to meet the expectations of a diverse global guests.
  • Demonstrated ablitly to create and innovate Italian cuisine's menus that align with guest preferences and resort standards.
  • Strong communication skills to engage guests and foster positive dining experiences.
  • Flexible to work shifts and peform effectively in outdoor kitchen settings.
