We are looking for a Sous Chef (Pizza Maker) to join our team!

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and deliver high‑quality pizzas in accordance with hotel recipes and standards
  • Manage the pizza station, including dough preparation, topping assembly, cooking, and plating
  • Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and consistency with every order
  • Ensure all mise‑en‑place is prepared, replenished, and stored properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely food service
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
  • Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment, tools, and ovens
  • Contribute to menu development and improvement of pizza offerings when required
  • Support overall kitchen operations as assigned by supervisors or chefs


Job Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant experience in pizza making or a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques
  • Ability to work with various pizza styles (e.g., wood‑fired, Neapolitan, thin‑crust) is an advantage
  • Passion for food, creativity, and consistency in quality
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn
