We are looking for a Waitress (Shang Palace), to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in Shang Palace.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including Chinese cuisine and tea service.
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleaned before and after service.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Maintain mise-en-place and cleanliness of service areas.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Support team during peak hours and special events.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant service, preferably in Chinese fine dining.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and etiquette is a plus.
• Attention to detail and guest service focus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
