Responsible for daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of bread & pastry products.
Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience for Baker/Pastry Commis.
Used to production routine.
Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
Have good communication.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
