About the role:

The Banquet F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering flawless banquet and event experiences. You will support the Banquet Management team by supervising day-to-day banquet operations, leading service teams during events, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of quality, service, and presentation are consistently exceeded.

What you will do:

  • Supervise and coordinate banquet service during events, meetings, and special functions

  • Lead, motivate, and support banquet service staff before, during, and after events

  • Ensure proper setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions according to event orders

  • Maintain exceptional guest service, addressing requests or concerns promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Events teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Uphold Four Seasons standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation

  • Assist with training, scheduling support, and performance feedback for banquet staff

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in banquet or food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on service approach

  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to care for others
