We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Garde Manger), to join our team!

  • Prepare and plate all cold kitchen items, including salads, cold appetizers, dressings, terrines, pâtés, and canapés.

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet kitchen standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen area.

  • Organize and manage mise en place (prep work) efficiently.

  • Monitor stock levels, check freshness of ingredients, and ensure proper storage.

  • Train and supervise junior staff working in the Garde Manger section.

  • Work closely with other kitchen sections to support smooth service operations.

Requirement:

  • Good knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and presentation.

  • Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience.
