We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Pastry), to join our team!

  • Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, tarts, and bread items.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

  • Set up and maintain your pastry section, including mise en place and stock.

  • Supervise and guide junior pastry staff and trainees.

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen at all times.

  • Assist in creating new dessert menus and seasonal items.

  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the pastry sous chef for orders.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2–3 years’ experience in a pastry role, preferably in hotels or high-end bakeries.

  2. Formal pastry or culinary education is an advantage.
