About the role:

Chef de Partie, Pool House

Bring your culinary craft to a kitchen where excellence is the standard and creativity is celebrated. As a Chef de Partie, you will lead your station with precision and pride, contributing to exceptional dining experiences defined by quality, consistency, and artistry.

We are seeking a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering remarkable guest experiences.


What you will do:

  • Take ownership of the daily operations of your assigned kitchen station

  • Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail

  • Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and daily specials

  • Maintain impeccable mis en place, portioning, and production planning

  • Uphold the highest food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

  • Support inventory management, stock rotation, and cost control initiatives

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence

  • Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations


What you bring:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.

  • Professional culinary training or recognised certification

  • Strong technical skills, organisation, and a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork

  • A genuine passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning

  • An international cuisine background is an advantage
