About the Role

The House Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence, the House Attendant helps ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Support Room Attendants by replenishing guest room supplies, removing trash and debris, and maintaining overall cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with duties in the Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant areas during periods of high business volume or staff absence.
• Identify meaningful opportunities to enhance and personalize the guest experience.
• Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with hotel policies.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.

• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
