The Pool and Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and beach; ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. This leadership role will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet and must maintain a high level of guest service.
What you will do
The Pool and Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of the Pool and Beach employees with potential to provide help in other F&B departments as needed to offer supervision and coverage.
What you bring
We are looking for individuals who have strong Food and Beverage experience, passion for guest service, base level of understanding around cost control, and labor management.
Applicants are required to have one to two years of previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
