Service Supervisor - China Square, 5 days, 44 hours

About the Role

We're looking for a capable, self-driven individual to run our China Square outlet as Service Supervisor. This is largely a sole contributor role — you'll be the one person responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar, working independently across most of your shifts, with a part-time helper joining you on busier evenings.

What You'll Do

• Manage all bar operations independently on a daily basis
• Operate and maintain the full range of draft taps
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Monitor stock levels and manage basic inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the outlet
• Process orders and handle point-of-sale transactions
• Direct and support the part-time team member during busy evening shifts

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in F&B service; bar or craft beer knowledge is an advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an outlet independently
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
• A natural people person — warm, unhurried, and good with guests
• A genuine love of good beer is a definite plus
