Barista (Full-Time) — Singapore

About the Role

We are recruiting a full-time Barista for a coffee business in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who enjoys preparing quality coffee, delivering friendly customer service and contributing to smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to operating standards.
• Take customer orders, provide attentive service and answer basic product questions.
• Introduce products and recommend memberships where appropriate.
• Handle cashiering and other routine store duties.
• Follow store opening and closing procedures.
• Keep the coffee bar, customer areas, back-of-house areas and storage spaces clean and organised.
• Support trainee Baristas and assist with day-to-day store operations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in coffee, tea or food and beverage (F&B).
• Able to operate an espresso machine independently and produce latte art.
• Basic everyday English for taking orders, introducing products and handling routine customer queries.
• Mandarin and Malay language skills are an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Polite, neat and customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in coffee and service.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time position.
• Reports to the Store Manager.
