We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality beverage service, maintaining a well-organised bar, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to customers.
Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstations are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
Monitor beverage supplies and assist with stock counting, replenishment, and proper storage.
Follow established beverage recipes, service standards, and operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Assist other team members with daily operations, particularly during busy periods.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on duty.
Be flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
