Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as required.
• Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock reconciliation.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender, Bar Assistant is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and other beverage products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with bartending work in an office-setting
