Beertender – Craft Beer Bar, China Square (Full-Time)

The Good Beer Company at China Square is looking for a full-time Beertender: a bartender who knows (or wants to learn) their beer. You'll run the bar day to day, mostly on your own, with a part-time helper joining you on busier evenings.

What you'll do

• Pour from our full range of craft beer taps and look after the lines
• Chat to guests about what's on and help them find a beer they'll love
• Open and close the bar
• Keep an eye on stock and handle basic inventory
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and looking its best
• Take orders and run the till
• Show the part-time crew member the ropes on busy evenings

What we're looking for

• Some F&B service experience; bar or craft beer knowledge is a bonus
• Happy working independently and running the bar yourself
• Organised, reliable and good with the details
• Warm, relaxed and great with guests
• A genuine love of good beer goes a long way
