About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Beverage Manager to elevate and oversee the hotel’s beverage program across all outlets. This role blends creative mixology, operational expertise, and leadership to ensure exceptional quality, profitability, and guest experiences in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Design, implement, and maintain an innovative and seasonal beverage program, including signature cocktails.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages in line with Four Seasons standards.
Conduct tastings, quality checks, and enforce recipe and preparation guidelines.
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, beverage cost control, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on pairings, promotions, and storytelling initiatives.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, reporting, and scheduling.
Recruit, train, and develop bar staff, ensuring strong product knowledge and service excellence.
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized, knowledgeable beverage service.
Stay current with global trends to keep the beverage program relevant, competitive, and creative.
What you bring
College degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
Two to three years of previous management experience in Food & Beverage.
Strong knowledge of beverage service, cost control, labor management, merchandising, and financial reporting.
Ability to operate bar‑related and Food & Beverage computer systems.
Strong communication skills with reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
