Café Manager — J&C Bakery (WEST)
$2,500 - $3,000 SGD monthly
We’re looking for a hands-on Café Manager to oversee daily café operations and support both front-of-house service and simple kitchen preparation.
Training starts: 3rd week of November 2026
Work schedule: 5.5 days per week, no shift work
Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing.
Welcome customers, take orders, handle payments and serve food and drinks.
Prepare coffee, drinks and waffles, and carry out light baking using standard recipes.
Lead and train the café team, assign duties and maintain service standards.
Monitor stock, arrange replenishment and minimise wastage.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
Keep the dining area, counter and kitchen clean and organised.
Ensure food hygiene and safe handling practices are followed.
Requirements
Previous café or F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Comfortable working across customer service and simple kitchen duties.
Responsible, organised and able to guide a team.
Friendly, with good communication and customer service skills.
Coffee-making or basic baking experience is an advantage.
Available to begin training on 3 November 2026.
