CHEF

We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver authentic Kerala food with consistency, taste, and speed.

Job Scope:

Prepare authentic Kerala dishes: Fish curry, Beef fry, Appam & Stew, Kerala Biryani, Porotta, Thoran, Avial, etc.

Oversee kitchen operations, prep, quality & hygiene

Lead and train kitchen team - CDP & Commis

6+ years experience as Chef in Kerala/South Indian restaurant
Strong knowledge of Kerala cuisine & coconut-based cooking
Can handle fast-paced service and long hours
Basic English communication and Malayalam
