Job Title: Chef de Partie (Production Shift)

• Type: Full-time position
• Cuisine: Italian
• Location: Hillview

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare and cook for production misen plus (Sauce, Soup, pasta etc) according to the restaurant's standards
• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• 6 days work week Sunday Off
• Proficiency in Italian cuisine and preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work without much supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Candidate with lesser experience can start as Trainee Position
