Today, we are challenging ourselves to evolve into a multi-concept dining destination that transforms throughout the day — serving ramen by day and Japanese-Western fusion dishes by night.
Our kitchen is led by chefs with experience from a reputable Kaiseki Omakase restaurant, bringing together Japanese culinary techniques with modern and creative Western interpretations.

Job Scope
Assist Sous Chef & Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management.
Train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Minimally 1-2 years of experience as a Commis/Demi-Chef preferred
Interest in traditional and modern Japanese & Western techniques
Culinary certification or any relevant preferred
Collaborative spirit with a positive team mindset
Knowledgeable with food safety and sanitation regulations
