The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ice Cream Kiosk Service Crew to join our team in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Scooping and serving a variety of ice cream with waffles

3. Preparing coffee beverages

4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

5. Restocking and maintaining inventory levels

6. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

7. Assisting with general kiosk operations as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a kiosk or dessert-focused establishment

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

5. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
