We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dumpling Chef to join our growing team. If you take pride in handmade food, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy creating delicious dumplings with care and consistency, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and make handmade dumplings daily
• Prepare fillings, dough, and ingredients according to recipes
• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Support kitchen operations and teamwork during service hours

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in dumpling making
• Experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
