F&B Crew

Join Watami’s restaurant team as Service Crew, Kitchen Crew, or Dishwasher. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, prepare food, and support team operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Service Crew

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to all customers to enhance their dining experience
• Prepare the dining hall for opening and closing to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and service quality throughout shifts
• Support other team members with tasks as needed to meet operational demands
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior staff to support restaurant functions

Kitchen Crew

• Prepare and cook food items accurately to meet customer orders and quality standards
• Set up and close the kitchen area to maintain operational readiness
• Manage food hygiene practices to comply with safety regulations
• Assist other team members across roles to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by senior staff to support kitchen operations

Dishwasher

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean all restaurant utensils and equipment efficiently
• Manage waste disposal to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support kitchen and service teams by performing assigned duties from senior staff

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Sincere and willing to learn attitude to adapt and grow within the team
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to assist across different roles to support team success
• For part-time roles, availability to work at least 20 hours per week

Compensation (Part Time)

• Mon-Thurs: $12.80/hr
• Fri-Sun: $13.50/hr
• Public Holidays: $16/hr
