F&B Manager (Cafe)

Oversee the daily operations, food quality, and staff management of our fast-paced café.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee smooth front-of-house and kitchen operations during high-volume takeaway peak hours.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service crew and kitchen staff.
• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict compliance with SFA food hygiene standards and ensure consistent food taste and preparation.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order ingredients (including meats, vegetables, and sauces), and minimize food wastage.
• Sales & Customer Service: Drive takeaway and delivery platform sales (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda) while ensuring excellent customer service.
