Job Summary

You will collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, deliver consistent customer service, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient restaurant operations
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including seasonal changes and special offerings, to accurately support guest inquiries and enhance service quality
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Follow operational instructions and guidelines set by Managers to maintain service standards
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe dining environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Korean cuisine to support menu and service excellence
• Hold a hospitality degree or relevant certification to enhance professional expertise
• Apply extensive customer service experience to improve guest interactions and satisfaction
• Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills by managing team activities and workflows effectively
• Foster a collaborative spirit with a positive team mindset to promote a productive work environment
• Utilize familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations to support compliance efforts

Salary and Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-time (9-hour shifts)
• Monthly Salary: SGD 2800 - 5000 (Salary depends on experience and position held)
