Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food items according to our standards.Take customer orders, process payments and handle the POS system. Provide friendly and efficient customer service.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the place, counter and work areas.Assist with food preparation and general operations.Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.Restock ingredients, beverages and other supplies when required.Perform opening and closing duties.Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.Job Requirements
Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or LTVP only.Must possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification.Previous F&B, café or barista experience is preferred but not essential.Basic knowledge of food safety and personal hygiene practices. Good customer service and communication skills.Able to converse in Mandarin and EnglishResponsible, punctual and willing to learn.Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.Able to work well independently and as part of a team.Barista/coffee-making experience is an advantage.What We Offer
