Hotel Barista / Barista Service Floater

We are looking for responsible, passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Hotel Barista. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting quality coffee while delivering a refined and memorable guest experience in a hotel environment.

• W Hotel Sentosa
• Floater to St Regis Hotel/Wework SunTec/Wework 9 Batt Rd/W Hotel Sentosa

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages
• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to hotel guests
• Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times
• Engage with guests confidently and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area
• Handle daily opening and closing duties
• Follow operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B service is preferred
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well-groomed with a clean and professional appearance
• No visible tattoos or piercings while on duty
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with guests
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
