• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation
• Keep kitchen operations running smoothly during service
• Coach and develop junior kitchen team members
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of kitchen experience
• Strong passion for food and hospitality
• Confident in leading and working with a team
