KITCHEN CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operational management.
• Provide effective instruction and supervision to site cleaners to ensure the delivery of daily operations across required areas.
• Coordinate, assign, and manage tasks and work assignments.
• Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs, such as periodic cleaning timetables, by utilizing available manpower and equipment.
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Island-wide deployment required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive work attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.
