KITCHEN CREW

Seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crews. The role role involves preparing food items (include frying), maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards and hygiene are met at all times.

Job Descriptions

• Preparing and cooking according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
• Operate fryer and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation role in fast food industry (QSR).
• Possess valid Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and standard and hygiene practices in Singapore.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
