Job Summary

The CX Analytics & Process Improvement team is entrusted with the responsibility to work collaboratively with all operational and support businesses to continuously make improvements in Service & Processes. This is achieved through a razor-sharp focus on the Marina Bay Sands Service & Productivity Roadmap. The roadmap comprises of creating baseline measurements, pioneering Data Analytics use cases, incubating Innovative Technology and engaging everyone through Stakeholder Engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate operational data into actionable insights that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and management decision-making.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate reliable insights and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot data, report, and dashboard issues; perform validation and user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support project planning and delivery, including coordinating system upgrades/patches that may impact data pipelines, reports, or dashboards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems and define how analytics can support root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and operational platforms to create consistent datasets for reporting and analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards for frontline operations and management reviews, including documentation and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, align on deliverables, and resolve issues.
  • Apply large language models (LLMs) and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to streamline analysis, automate insight generation, and improve decision turnaround time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience analyzing complex business data and producing management reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
