Senior Guest Relations Executive/Service Crew (Joo Chiat Road)

Location at Joo Chiat Road (East)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for taking reservations,answering the phone, replying to WhatsApp messages before and during service,responding to any guest requests etc
• Welcome guests warmly to the restaurant
• Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings,create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailedrecord of guest such as their birthdays, anniversaries, allergies andpreferences etc.
• Assist other service crew with work including,but not limited to cleaning the tables, tidying up and setting silverwareduring service and getting ready for the next seating
• Serve food & beverage to guest when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Good people skills
• Service-orientated
• Well-groomed
• Proactively taking on additionalresponsibilities where required.
• Fluent with English 
• A minimum of 2 years’ experiencewith customer service preferably at a hotel or a restaurant

Benefits:

• 12 days AL (with increment of 1 day per year until the max of 17days)

• The Employee shall be entitled to either a staff meal or a meal allowance of $5 per day of work performed.

Working Hours: 48 to 51 per week
Salary range: $3,200 to $4,200 (Depending on experience and expertise)
