Service Crew

Job Summary

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, manage seating and reservations, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, assist during events, and follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, and check reservations
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Answer menu questions and recommend dishes
• Keep tables, the service floor and stations clean and stocked
• Help set up, serve and clear at events
• Follow SOPs and hygiene and safety standards
• Report low stock or faulty equipment to your supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, with weekdays off
• Barista skills to prepare coffee and related beverages (considered a bonus)
• Previous food and beverage (F&B) experience is advantageous but not required
